However if you don't want to downgrade you could force Windows 10 to install a 32-bit version of your graphic card's driver with Windows 10 Driver Package Download. This way, you will have a working installation of Windows 10. For my life I would not recommend to upgrade your graphic card from 16-bit to 32-bit or even to 32-bit to 64-bit!
